Damaged sim

Accidentally damaged my SIM yesterday, so do I have to have a replacement sent out to me? Or can I buy a new PAYG sim from a shop and transfer everything onto that from my damaged one? I’m PAYG not Pay monthly. Or can I go to an EE store for one?

Welcome to the community. 

You can pop into an EE Store to get a replacement EE SIM card with the same number and credit transferred. 

Or please call us on 0800 079 8586 and the team will get a SIM card sent to you.
