Changing to EE

I have recently changed provider from O2 to EE.
My number has now been transferred but my phone shows the O2 eSIM.

in Settings > Mobile Services I can see Primary and Mobile Data. Primary is my number but on O2 eSIM, mobile data is on EE temporary number linked to EE eSIM do I have to change this manually?

@Morrismadhouse  Switch off the o2 eSIM and make sure that the EE one is working correctly.    Your o2 number hasn’t yet been migrated to EE yet so only delete the o2 eSIM once your number has replaced the temporary EE number.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

actually leave the o2 number switched on as you can still receive calls via that number.    Your number should migrate to the EE temporary number.  This takes up to 24 hours and should be completed by tomorrow.

Quoting this timescale for a number-port is misleading and will always be wrong.

The correct timescale for a port-in is the following working day after PAC submission. If you submit a PAC after approx 5.30pm on a Bank Holiday weekend, to quote an extreme example, it won't be submitted until the following Tuesday for port-in on Wednesday. More than "upto 24 hours"!
