The police are aware of the problems I am having, therefore it is urgent that my mobile number is changed.

@paula129  if you want a different phone number you’ll have to call customer services to request this.  There could be a charge to change it depending on why you want to change it.    ( £35 ). If you’re a PAYG user just get a new sim and setup a new account.
