All sorted now.

It was a little confusing as the phone reported the correct (ported) number but obviously needed longer to complete the transfer, which took about 36 hours total for other peoples info.

I just transferred from Vodafone and ported my number over. I can make calls and send and text messages but cannot receive either calls or text.

Unfortunately when I go through the help system it ends with them saying they will call me....err, well of course that never happens because I can't receive calls.

I saw another user with the same issue but how do I actually get through to someone to speak to?

This is maddening, I rely on my phone for business.

EE can text me but none else.

Welcome to the community.

When did you port your number over to us? Are you still able to receive calls on the Vodafone SIM or has that deactivated completely now?
