Hi I put my new ee sim card about 17.00 pm but since this time ı can not make a call so Also when ı make a call ,it is seen on the screen call faild ! How could I do fix it ?

@Yelkatmis89 It can take up to 24 hours to activate a sim. Try restarting the device a few times. The sim has to register on the network

can you help me please why I can not make a call ? Why does it seen on my screen this page,when I making a call?

Are you on contact or PAYG ?
can you call other numbers ok ?

Yes I did turn it off and on many times and call the other contacts number as well it seems that I sent the picture on it

Yes I have a signal but I can not get any call. If I come to poole EE SHOP to show the problem on my phone ,is someone can help me ?

Are you saying this is a problem calling one specific number, and that other numbers are OK?
If not, what was the reason for your new SIM?
