Can not make a call

Hi I put my new ee sim card about 17.00 pm but since this time ı can not make a call so Also when ı make a call ,it is seen on the screen call faild ! How could I do fix it ?

Could you try restarting your phone this morning and giving it another try please, @Yelkatmis89?

Are you given any error messages, @Yelkatmis89? Does the phone show any signal?

Yes ı got signal I can use the internet. I just do not make any call by phone

Was this a brand new SIM or a replacement?

Is it pay as you go or pay monthly?

Are you in the UK?

You sent it to me EE brand sim and Lenovo tablet together for I made
upgrade. I am in UK and pay monthly it will start to next month

Is the SIM you received not a data SIM for the tablet?

Is your original phone SIM still working?
