Can I transfer esim from iPad to iPhone using the app

Can I transfer the esim from an iPad to an iPhone using the app? Don’t you normally get a text to the old sim to enable transfer to the new device, which won’t work if sent to an iPad.

The plan in the iPad is a phone plan.

Hey @Colstalex!

When you upgrade to a new iPhone, it usually gives you the option to transfer the eSIM from one iPhone to another as part of Quick Start.

I'm not 100% sure if you can use this to switch from an iPad to an iPhone as they're different kinds of devices, but it's worth a go!
