Calls being diverted to ee, no texts received

3 months ago I ported my phone number to vodaphone, stayed with them for 30 days before porting my number over to id mobile. My problems are, I can only receive calls from three mobile networks, such as id mobile. All other calls are being informed I'm not available and to leave a message with ee. I'm not and haven't been a customer of ee for nearly three months. Is there a way my number (which I've had for over 20 years) could be part crossed over or be returned to ee without my knowledge. I'm missing texts from hospital appointments, school etc so any help would be much appreciated.

There are scenarios where "on-net" traffic reaches your phone, but "off-net" fails - but even if this were the case, you wouldn't have an active profile on EE voicemail.

You need to report this to ID Mobile, who should have a process to escalate it.
