Hi,
I was trying to switch my physical Sim to Esim.
I was to trying to do it with EE app.
I received the Pin to set it . I thought I had set it up, but now both my Physical Sim and Esim are not available.
If I try ti activiate my Esim by a website - it tires to send me a text for the PIN but I dont receive it since but sim are unavaiable. This is a deadlock situation.
Have someone faced this issue before.
Can someone please help me with this

I would recommend giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store so this can be looked at further.
Should a replacement be required the team will be able to provide this for you.
