Morning @Gareth831
Thanks for coming here.
Please give us a call from any phone on 0800 079 8586 and the team can get this looked into for you.
You can also visit an EE Store with the photo ID and they can replace the SIM card for you.
Leanne 🙂

Good luck mate. Im a month down the line with the same issue and 6 sim cards later and still no service. No replies to my last 3 emails either.

One of your colleagues has eventually replied, the 3rd now who is dealing with this. And not that I'm at all surprised, he has asked me to go to an EE store and get a 7th SIM card.
Obviously I'm reluctant as i do not believe that a 7th SIM card attempt will fix the issue. But i shall keep you informed.

@dannym14 you have been putting the replacement sim in your device and allowing it to activate ( you can make/receive a call/text ) before you try to change to the eSim ?

Hi Chis
Yeah iv been into the store and also had 2 sims sent through the post, but the issue is that the SIM cards wont activate after the so called 24 hour waiting period. The tech team don't want to activate the esim, and to be honest I'm not overly fussed on an esim or physical sim. I just want a working phone.

Hi @dannym14
I hope the SIM card replacement in store resolves this for you, please let me know how you get on after trying this.
Leanne.

Hi Leanne
No the SIM did not work. It doesnt even let the agent in store scan it and register it as a new active sim. Something is quite clearly not right on the account.
