BT switched me over to EE about a month ago. All has been fine, I've even had a bill. However, this morning I received an email from BT saying sorry to see you go etc and since that time my phone isn't working and says 'Sim not provisioned for voice'.
Obviously I can't call EE as my phone isn't working. Please help
