Hello,
I am trying to add a virtual SIM card to my phone but I can’t seem to find the option “Add eSim” under my mobile date options.
How can I have it unblocked.

Have you downloaded the eSIM from your My EE account?
What device are you using?

@Jucmrodrigues : A SIM has nowt to do with data options. In your online MyEE do see "Replace your SIM"? If you are on contract that should give you an option to replace your SIM with an eSIM.
