Good morning, I received my new iPhone and I can’t understand why my new sim still not working! Unfortunately I did reset the SIM card and my old iPhone ! Now I don’t know I to get in touch with you to solve the problem I can share the sim serial number if may help but please help me because I feel screwed. Thanks in advance

We have no access to accounts here in the pubic forums and do not know who you are.
You cannot share the serial number here. Why did you reset the SIM card? You should have just taken it out of your old phone and put it in the new phone, no need to use a new SIM card.
You will have to either use another phone or go to a EE shop to get this resolved, sorry nothing we can do here.
Are you sure that your original SIM card will not work?
You could otherwise log into your account and ask for a replacement SIM card by clicking on the icon top right and then click on settings and permissions and then settings and choose Sim/ESim , activate or replace, whichever one works, should do it.

Physical SIM or eSIM.
Was the iPhone from EE as an upgrade.
Quickest way to get a new SIM is I an EE store. Take some ID.

Hi , yes so I did an upgrade and they send me the phone and sim !
I just insert the sim and turn on the iPhone meanwhile after I did the back up I turn off the old device.
there is a way but it’s to receive a text message as I don’t have signal I need to pop a the store .
