Activating replacement sim

I lost my sim card and had to order replacement. Now to activate its sending me an activation code to my number. How can i recieve that code?? I cant phone as my mobile is the only number i use. As for live chat the pop up button never appears. Iv already had this trouble for two weeks now. If i wasnt tied into a contract i would be going to different provider. Also i dont drive and do not wish to waste money on bus fare going to an ee store.

Are you able to try the live chat option on a different device/browser please, @Sambola?

Did you ever get this sorted and if so how as this is exactly what k am experiencing now!! Trying to get an answer from anybody is disgraceful

I had to log onto computer and talk to ee through chat. They activated it for me through that.

Hi Christopher, I had another SIM card send out which I was told was pre activated and put it on and stil nothing. Then I get told it will be activated in the morning which I was told 7 week to the day. Not sure what to do at this point 

Sorry, 7 days exactly I meant from last week when I was told it would be activated in the morning, so 2 SIM cards and still nothing

The best way to get this activated would be to speak with our Customer Care team.

They'll be able to help you with this.
