Why is talking to a human impossible, as I needed to check something regarding my SIM card, as I believe I had a scam attempt.
But every time I phoned 150 or the 0800 number, I got stuck in a stupid sales loop and not a single option to be passed on to a human representative.
That's part of your contract with ME, that if I phone CS, a HUMAN and not a stupid Computer will answer the phone.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hello @robh661.
Welcome to the EE Community.
I am sorry to hear you have not been able to connect with an agent.
When you call 150 are you selecting option 2? this will take you to the IVR.
Is there a question regarding your SIM that we could answer here on the community?
Speak soon,
Katie

I got through in the end, and the question I needed to know. Is what I feared, I got a Scam call regarding my Sim card, and a new one would be issued, as my current one isn't 5G and will be deactivated in 2 days.
But as the guide reassured me, my Sim is 5G and won't be deactivated.

Hi @robh661.
You have done the right thing by calling our customer care team.
Did you provide the caller any personal information?

No, I kept on telling him it’s a Scam, as he wouldn’t stop banging on about the sim card. I told him in an impolitely manner to get off the line, and with that he ended the call.

The last call I blocked was 020 4601 2670, and the guy was Asian. And was very hard to understand.
