Roaming issues

EE had glitch with roaming in June but they don’t seem too proactive in advising customers.. when I realised I called and was advised to continue and would likely sort out before back.. it didn’t then advised it would be sorted before bill and not to worry…  it didn’t so bill came and money taken…

now I had to ring to try and get money back and have been subjected to requiring to complete an web form completed by staff and after the three advised days no response …

tried again several calls now it seems glitch is fixed we will see when I go again this month.. 

told my money will be refunded at next invoicing billing which in my opinion isn’t satisfactory as known since June and money still taken in July now like August or September before reimbursed..

my contract is up at end of this money

I'm disappointed to hear that your bill was not as you expected it to be. You've done the right thing by getting in touch with the team directly to discuss this, and I'm pleased to know that any refunds/recalculations are in progress.

If you're dissatisfied with the service you've received when calling us, I would advise filling in our complaints webform, and a member of the team will get back to you within 7 days.
