I have the same problem.  I think it's to do with them changing the roaming pass to one which defaults to EU rather than ROW.  However, it's impossible to change the add-on within 30 days and I can't work out how to speak to anyone on the phone - even when I can connect through another route it just takes me through their ridiculous new system.

"Me too" post moved to a new thread, your symptoms sound a little different to the user whose thread you jumped onto - potentially mis-advising them.

Does your phone show a connection to a local network in your host country? Can you make & receive calls? Can you send & receive text messages? In other words - is your issue data-specific (that's an add-on issue) or is it roaming-in-general?
