I'm in the same situation as this. Arrived in Brisbane on Monday morning. Roam Abroad pass is active (text received to confirm) and am able to use data and receive texts without problem. As soon ad I want to make s call however, to either UK or Aus number, it does not work. Spend Cap has been increased but still no ability to make calls. Very frustrating!
