Hi my EE phone will not work now that i am in the US i have tried to call and text to buy a roaming pass but the phone just stays on SOS the entire time. How do i contact EE without any service?!?!  The app doesn't have any ability to do this and I really need my phone to work as soon as possible. HELP!

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue using your phone in the US. Have you tried performing a manual search for a network to see if you are able to find a signal that way? 

If you do have a WiFi connection you should be able to call using a internet based calling service such as Skype free on +44 800 079 8586 as mentioned above.
