Hi.
I am currently abroad, before I left the UK I added data roaming for a week. This has been working fine until recently where the data has been turning on and off. I've tried to call customer services but it seems like I'm not able to make any calls.
I suspect this is due to the spend cap however I cannot access the app as its under my mothers email and she cannot verify the log in as she's asleep.
I'd like to go out and I dont feel safe if my phone isn't working and I can't reach anyone, is there anyway I can adjust the spend cap with these limitations?

@shirab1 If it’s your mum’s account then she has to change any limits on the account. It’s not your account to make changes on

She allows me to make changes as it's my phone and she wants me to be safe, we've had conversations about it, it's under her account as she's the bill payer.

Your mother will need to make the changes if it is her account and she is the bill payer, regardless of your arrangement with her.
