Zone 2 pass

I bought a Zone 2 Pass for use in Colombia. I had a text saying it was active but it wasn't shown anywhere on my account when I logged in. How can I tell if it really is active?

Hi @ChrisB979

You'll know when the internet works.

Have you checked roaming is activated on your account as well.

Thanks

The only place on your account where roaming is displayed, is under your add-ons, where in the past couple of months, a "full roaming" option has started to appear.

The normal method for purchasing roaming add-ons since late last year, is by using a link in the welcome text message sent when you first arrive in a foreign country. You must have a local network connection to receive texts abroad and thus be roaming.

I would therefore conclude, that lack of roaming ability is not the problem in your case.
