Hello,
I am trying to switch to my US data roaming add on however I can’t see this on my account and I am having trouble logging into my account on the app.

Are you in the US currently? Does your phone show a connection to a local network? Have you received the welcome text message?
Which roaming add-on are you trying to activate? If it's the weekly pass it's a general roaming add-on, not just a data one.
