Hi, i'm currently in the US and purchased a 900mb 7 day roaming package however my phone won't let me connect to the internet.
I have turned it on and off, turned data roaming on and off, tried putting it in flight mode then on again, i have tried selecting a provider to which the only option is T-mobile. All it does is show an R and full bars but constantly says no internet connection.
I have also tried to ring customer services, however when i do it won't let me select an option.
If EE or anyone could offer some support it would be greatly appreciated as even the facebook chat keeps responding with an automated message

I suspect the add-on you've purchased is not a data-specific one, but a general roaming pass, but all the same.
Sounds like you've got an issue connecting to one of the local networks' 4G-layers if you can resolve by disabling 4G. What results did you get by manually cycling through the other local operators?
