I am out of EU and my pay as you go SIM doesn't work. I can't make a call or send a message. The chat option on the web doesn't work and I have no chat option on the App.
I need to fix my connection issue before 3 months end which my sim card will be deactivated. Can you please tell me how I can contact EE?
Or can someone from EE call me?
Or is there any chance someone from EE call me for support?

Your ability to get coverage abroad (which calls, texts & mobile data rely on) is dependent on roaming being activated - which allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.
Have you used your phone abroad previously, did you receive a welcome text message on first arrival abroad? These are good evidence of roaming being enabled if so. In these cases, manually cycling through all available local networks often resolves issues - toggling flight mode can have the same effect.
If not...On PAYG, roaming is auto-enabled once your phone is used in the UK first. If you've not done this, your only recourse will be to arrange for the SIM to be used in the UK first to activate it and auto-enable roaming. It can then be taken abroad again.
The hibernation policy requires chargeable usage at least once every 6months, with a further 3months grace before a SIM is permanently disconnected after 279days of no usage.

@BehzadG1 , just to add, EE will not contact you, it is up to you to make that call, this is not customer service but a public forum, which has no account access and do not know who you are.

@BehzadG1 If you’re not in the EU then you need credit on the account to pay for calls/texts. You can not use any pack allowance.
