Hi,

I am travelling in America and it seems that I can't call or send text messages to either of the customer support numbers. Nor I can send text to 150 with anything.

Any idea what is going on?

Thanks

@KristapsZ

If you need to talk to us while you’re away just call +44 7953 966 250.

This call is free to make whilst roaming in the EU, to make this call outside of the EU, you’ll be charged the standard roaming rate for where you are.

150 will not work because the roaming network doesn’t know where to send that message too.   Ie there’s no area code for the UK which is 44

Just to check did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ?  This is done by texting ROAMING to 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

For outgoing text messages whilst roaming, the above is not accurate. The phone is sending all messages via EE's UK SMSc by virtue of +44 7958 879879 being programmed into the SMS settings.
