SIM is not working internationally!

Hello all
please help
I got a SIM card; activated it in London then I travelled
It doesnt work: no calls or data; just receive SMS! I cant login into app because data is not working
dont know what to do! I just want it to work normally abroad; i am currently in Egypt

Try manually connecting to alternate local networks. If you can receive SMS, roaming is active.
You've not said, but it sounds like you're on PAYG - do you have sufficient credit to make calls? Data requires an add-on, do you have one?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
