Need roaming put on my phone ending 33

Hi @Michelledennis 

You can check the costs of using your phone and bundles available on our Roaming Charges | EE Page

You can make sure your device is set up to roam by texting ROAMING to 150 (it's free)
If you're on Pay as you go, the Roaming service will already be active. 

We don't have account access here in the Community, so you're already abroad you'll need to use another phone to Contact us from abroad to set up Roaming access if you don't already have it. 
 

Turn on data roaming in your device settings. Check our device guides for help

By default your data is blocked while abroad and will only work if you purchase a bundle. This avoids any accidental data charges. 
The bundles available will be offered once you land in your destination. They can only be purchased while in the country you are going to. 

If you're on Pay monthly, check your Spend Cap is high enough to cover your daily roaming charges for the duration of your trip (we recommend at least £20). Otherwise some of your services might not work when you're roaming

You'll be able to roam anywhere but it'll just be a Q of paying for it.
