I have Hamrahe Aval SIM card. I am trying to connect to EE network via roaming. Have been told the only network that still offers this service to Iranian SIM cards. I have a roaming package activated in Iran so all necessary costs have been prepaid. But I still can not connect. HELP!

Then you'll need to take it up with your Iranian provider. It'll be something to do with their rules or cost packages for roaming.

Hi @Farhad69

Welcome to the community.

I would recommend giving your Network provider a call.

Basic steps to try when roaming would be ensure your roaming is activated, turn your phone off and back on, manual search for Networks and try each one individually.

Thanks
