Can anyone help? I’m in Spain. I received the welcome message, selected the 7 day pack and I can make calls and receive texts but unable to access data. Was in absolute panic mode as code to access apartment was being sent by email. Thankfully my son’s phone was working and I was able to use his hotspot to connect.

I am sorry you are having an issue using your data in Spain at the moment. As calls and texts are working it suggests you have the correct roaming permissions set on your number. Have you checked in your phone settings to make sure data roaming is enabled?
If data roaming is enabled, try doing a manual network search on your phone and connecting to another available Spanish network and see if you are able to use data on a different one. Also worth restarting your phone if you have not already.
