Roaming pass

Hi, I’m currently abroad and trying to add a roaming pass, not received no text to add it on, nor can do it on my app etc?

 

Any input be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Does your phone show a connection to any local networks? You need that in order to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or use mobile data. Have you used this phone abroad, previously?

If you don't, that would explain your symptoms but also mean that a billing add-on is not your issue but lack of roaming facility is.

I have used my phone abroad plenty of times, on this occasions, just not letting me add on or showing me any option where to add the roaming pass on.

 

Any idea on the simplest way to add the pass on?

I’m in Qatar but not allowing me to even send a message to 150?

Step by step guide be very appreciated.

Advice on adding a billing add-on should be in the welcome text message you receive on first arrival.

Did you receive one? If not, I refer you to my comment above regarding network coverage being needed to receive text messages - does your phone show a network signal?

Was your previous roaming within the EU? Have you used your phone outside the EU before?
