Roaming pass in Canada

Have landed in Canada. Have received the text message inviting me to apply for a roaming pass for £25. The link does not work. What do I do?

Thank you so much for your post. It is very comforting to know it was not
just me. I had a lengthy conversation with EE on my return to the UK as I
was never able to use data roaming whilst in Canada. Like you I have come
to the conclusion that an esim is the way forward in Canada

Yes but ee is not switching on roaming so we can get any data on my iPhones

If you did not activate roaming before leaving the UK you would need to speak with our customer care team who have account access. 

Do you have access to the EE app or another working phone?
