I'm trying to clarify something. My old SIM All Rounder contract included roaming to Ireland which I understand all plans do. I don't recall seeing a fair usage policy for this or if it was, it was certainly very high.
I've just noticed that my new 'Full Works' plan which I took out a day ago comes with EU Roaming, but the fair usage limit has been severely reduced to only 15GB. It was previously 50GB.
Why would Ireland have a 15GB fair usage policy when before, it seemed to have no such limitation? Why has the fair usage data drastically reduced? Appreciate the clarification.

@sevensamurai22 Are you sure, I am sure that it is 50GB, as 15GB is not very much, I have just got that one, but did not know that.

This is what it says if I check the roaming costs in the EE app. It says 15GB fair usage for all EU countries, including Ireland.
The website says the fair usage is 50GB and the terms and conditions don't even mention it at all.
Please someome at EE clarify what the correct information is. Thank you!

Hi @sevensamurai22,
We know how important it is for you to know exactly what is included in your plan, so I can understand your confusion.
I can confirm that this should be 50GB, so I'm not sure why this is showing in your app. Are you able to uninstall and then re-install your app, to see if this helps?

Reinstalling the app does not make any differnce unfortunately. It is still showing 15GB fair usage as per my above screenshot. It would be good if someone else was able to check this in case there's an issue with the SIM package I have changed to.

We don't have account access here, @sevensamurai22, though I can confirm none of our plans have this data allowance when roaming.
How much data does your current plan have?

My previous plan was the All Rounder with unlimited data. the plan I just switched to a few days ago is the new Full Works package with unlimited data which includes EU roaming.

@sevensamurai22- I wouldn't worry. The T&Cs for the new plans, dated 29 August, are clear that the FUP is still 50Gb.
@Rach_H- I have the same issue as the OP, the app is showing the wrong details that do not align with the T&Cs.

Thanks. They really should update this on the app, because it is clearly incorrect and will no doubt lead to further questions.
