Roaming in Hong Kong

I mistakenly bought a roaming package for China but am staying in Hong Kong, is there a way of transferring my package to Hong Kong?

Welcome to the community.

There isn't a way to swap the add-on over to the correct one for Hong Kong, it would need to be purchased again to be used there.

With regards to the China package that has been added, we don't have any way of removing it here, it would need to be something that you speak to our customer service guides about to see if they can remove it.
