Roaming: calling within india while having a EE zone 2 Pass active for £37.50

Hi 

I have a UK EE consumer account and I am in india on holiday and have paid for a 7 day EE zone 2 roaming pass ( £37.50) while in india:  https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/india

Please confirm if this zone 2 pass i have purchased allows me to call mobile or landline numbers within India for free? If not how can i buy a bundle to cover calls within india?
