Hi, I’m currently in the US and purchased a roaming add-on before I left. My mobile data is working, but the add-on does not show in the EE app or website, and I’ve received no confirmation by email or SMS.
I have a £0 spend cap so I can’t text 150 or use normal support options, and calls to +44 7953 966 250 and +44 7953 966 502 fail.
I need to confirm urgently whether the roaming add-on is active so I’m not being charged out-of-bundle rates. Can you please check and confirm if the add-on is active on my account?

What roaming add-on did you purchase & how much did you pay for it?
Can you make calls & texts?

7 day Zone 1 US roaming pass for £25. Cannot make any calls or texts so far but can use the internet.
dont know how to contact CS when I can’t call or send the 150 texts and can’t find an email address to contact. I have tweeted them and posted here for help.

I didn't think you can buy that roaming pass in advance of your trip. You have to buy it in response to a Welcome text you get on arrival. Did you receive such a text?
Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account?
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
