Bought a 7 day EU pass last week( Monday) for £16.50
No record of it in the App or elsewhere
Had a text Sunday saying it expires in 24 hours “we will text you when”
No text, no record of purchase, just some random product in my add on list which had something to dowith Roaming butrenewed monthly which I never purchased.- which I cancelled
Question is why arent add ons showing in the app as products or purchases
Where did the text( presumably with renewal options) go?
Had to get an eSim to cover me, but searching for proof ofpurchase and validity shouldnt be so complex
I wonder if anyone can shed light on this?
