I have 3 phones on my account and want to use the Roaming Abroad add-on on one of the other phones that is not my main phone. Is this possible?

@AndrewBuchan63 : Yes, where are you going?

Is it on contract or PAYG?

To new Zealand (we are here) and it's a contract

The phone in question should've received a Welcome text offering it but had it 1st texted ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to activate roaming on it?

And to add to this... if the phone in question doesn't have roaming enabled, that will prevent it from connecting to foreign networks and thus won't get coverage abroad.

That will need resolving before anything else - it's easily resolved if so.
