I’m currently in Turkey. I bought 7 days pass. I can use my data allowance in Turkey but I can’t receive any calls from the UK nor I can call any number in the UK. For help I need to call or text 150 or some other number given but obviously I can’t call any Uk number. I tried to call from my sisters phone (ee) to get a call back. I received a call and thought we are heading somewhere but the call cut of . The only advice that I received was to increase my price cap which I did but nothing has changed. I repeated the same process with no success for two days and since than but with no one calling from EE.
Ah ! Sorry they have tried to call me from my own mobile which they can not reach !! I don’t really know what to do. Please help

@Alexalex1977 , you will either have to use another phone or use a web based app to ring customer service, not sure why you are not able to make calls, but can use data allowance, as it should work if you can use data allowance, not sure what you expect EE to do, as roaming is obviously enabled on your account.

I called 150 from my sister’s phone. They sent a link. I followed the link for a call back from my sister’s phone. The first day I have received a call but it cut off after the confirmation. Than they tried to call me from my own number obviously they couldn’t reach me.
I have repeated the same calling and following the link sent. I haven’t received any other calls. They at least could do something about it.
I even tried to reach them on twitter but no reply.
I think they could try to email or text me or WhatsApp I don’t really know but there must be a solution.

Hi @Alexalex1977.
Thanks for getting back to us.
When calling 150 I would recommend selecting option 2.
This will take you to the automated system which will connect you with an advisor rather than waiting for a call back.

EXACT SAME THING... happening to a customer of mine on a 15 day holiday in Turkey.
EE your service is poor. The roaming arrangements you have both the Turks is also shockingly bad. We shouldn't need to have manually choose a network.
Customer's friends on Vodafone and O2 are all getting along fine. It's definitely you EE!!!
Ps. The option for 1 day or 7 day roaming is absolutely moronic. This customer was willing to pay for 15 days of roaming up front! Yes in advance! And you won't take the money. Instead, we victims of your incompetence have to go through an excruciating process of contacting tech support via another person's phone or system, at length and at cost and then repeat this if a holiday is more than 7 days long!?!? It beggars belief!
