Roaming - Inclusive Add On

Hey folks - happy new year to you all

I have searched the forum, EE App and EE Website but not found the answer.

I have EE SIM Only 125gb All-Rounder which comes with 1 inclusive add on. I currently have TNT Sports in place and this has been the inclusive add on since July 2024 with no changes during that time.

I am planning a trip to the USA in a couple of weeks.  My questions are:

1. Is there an inclusive add on that allows me to take my existing tariff with me to the US (i.e. use my minutes, texts and data in the USA without charge)?

2. If I select such an add on, does it start immediately or from the next billing cycle (2nd February)?

Thank you in advance for your help

If you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances outside the EU with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Zone 1 Pass for £5 / day or £25 / week or already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE Full Works or EE Max Plan. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/usa.

As you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account.

Roaming is enabled, I got the text messages just not offering me the data pass. Its contract. Without sounding stupid, im pretty tech savy so confident there is something messed up EE side on this one - its not caused by one of the ‘obvious’ reasons. EE can’t even resolve over the phone despite speaking to multiple EE roaming experts.

You'll be offered the Zone 1 Pass upon arrival by a Welcome msg.

Hello,

Before you travel, change the inclusive Extra to ROW zone 1 pass. That should be sufficient for the trip. In the meantime, you will not be able to use TNT sports.

I assume you have the pre-August 2024 all-rounder plan where you will able to choose roaming pass in exchange of TNT sports.

Thank you.
