I have just arrived in Australia for a month and would like to purchase a Roam Abroad Pass. Have received texts from EE but instructions don’t seem to work. Can anyone give me simple instructions please.

Did you activate roaming on your account before you flew out to Australia? There's an option to check your status by texting Roaming to 150.
