I am having similar trouble whilst in Denmark;
Roaming Active - Via roaming abroad add-on
No call diversion active.
I cannot receive calls whilst I am in Denmark. Its an english message coming through saying i am unavailable so its an EE problem, not the local network (which would be Danish).

I have got it onto manual selection. I will go through the options available and see if that sorts the issue. Thank you for your help - it may not be the end, however!

In the meantime, FYI - you have a short time after posting to edit, by using the drop-down arrow in the top-right of each post.
This negates the need for multiple short replies.

The problem persists. No matter which network I use, every caller gets "this number isnt available at the moment, please try again later", if they are calling me over the network. I have to use Whatsapp or other apps to accept phone calls

Hi - just saw your issue, which I realise is several months old now.
We have the same issue roaming in Ireland, and it has now been conlcuded that the problem is actually with EE's own OCS (Online Charging System) billing platform which is preventing calls getting through.
As of today (28-Mar-25), this problem has been happening since August 2024 - and EE have no resolution for it. It is escalated to Director level within their software supplier, but no resolution or timeline for fixing it.
