ROAMING abroad

I'm currently in the Netherlands and I did not text ROAMING to 150 whilst I was still in England so I am stuck without roaming data here as i can't text roaming or even call EE because I have no service. Is there no way to activate roaming online?

If you are on pay-monthly and now find yourself abroad without having enabled roaming, your only recourse will be to contact CS to request it activated. You can either contact +44 7953 966150 from another working phone, or +44 800 9566000 using a web-calling app such as Skype over WiFi.

Hey there @sammorrey93.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the EE Community.

If you're not able to text at the moment, then it could be worth trying our messaging option in the Help section of the EE app.

Alternatively you can still call our team from any other network, including overseas, on +447953 966 150, or through Skype too.

They should be able to get this amended on your account right away to help get you reconnected.

Hi, I've tried the text chat help service but still haven't gotten a response. Would I be able to get an EE guide to activate my roaming for me?

@sammorrey93 If you're not getting a response via the app, then calling is going to be the best option for getting this sorted out.

We don't have access to your account via this forum, but our Guides over the phone will definitely be able to get this sorted out really easily.

If you give that number I mentioned in my last message a ring via Skype or another phone, they'll help get you reconnected.
