ROAM FURTHER PASS

Pennylaney

Hello ,

Im a bit confused i have a roam further pass as apart of my add ons with my plan.

I travel to morocco today which is classed as a zone 3. Does the roam.further pass mean i can use my data in morocco?

Im trying to find out what the benefit of having a roam further pass is - at the moment all i can see is ill have to buy a pass for 7.50 a day (regardless if i have a roam further lass or not) so what on earth does a roam further pass include??

I have actived roaming with 150

Please help! Deciding how much this is going to cost me and whether it is better to get local sim.

Your inclusive add-on covers usage of your UK allowances in all the EU & Zone countries as per https://ee.co.uk/roamingrefresh

The charges for Morocco are also set out at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs > Morocco. You can either pay per-minute for calls & per-texts, or choose the £7.50 daily pass - this enables full use of your UK call & text allowance, and a 500Mb/day data allowance.

A local SIM will probably provide a greater data allowance, and potentially cheaper in-country calls. It'll probably cost more for calls & texts to or from the UK, as well as coming with a local Moroccan number. Only you can know how much data you're likely to use, thus being able to do the value vs convenience calculation.

Enabling roaming is a once-only process - once active, it remains so unless you explicitly request it removed.

Hi @Pennylaney

The roam further pass doesn't cover you in Morocco, so it would be £7.50  for 24 hours.

The roam further pass is for Zone 1 countries.
