Not receiving text messages in USA

Hi,

I have 2-step enabled on all of my accounts so I need to receive verification codes when logging into social media and other websites. Ive been in the USA for 2 months and had no problem receiving these texts until now. Anyone else experienced this or have any explanation or solution that can help me? Thanks in advance

Hi @Matt46872 

You may need to call Customer Service to check where along the path your OTP are getting stuck. 

Before you do that, have you tried manually changing your network selection to a different network?
