Not receiving calls or texts from the UK whilst on holiday

I am currently on holiday in Greece. I have EE Roaming etc. I can make calls and send texts to the UK but I cannot receive texts or calls back. Help please.

@Barkley1  If you can make calls and send texts then roaming is working  but have you tried just restarting the device?

Yes. Its a weird one. Turned phone off and on. Turned Airplane mode off and on again. Just phoned my daughter, it worked fine but she couldn't ring me back, voice message saying I wasn't available.

Could you try a manual network search and connect to another provider? If you need any help doing this, please let me know what device you're using.
