Data add-on

Hi - I’m trying to sort out a data add-on so that I can use my current data while in the EU. The link I’ve been sent doesn’t seem to work, the app gives an error message when I investigate add-ons and there’s nothing specific on 150 for this type of add-on. Can anyone help?! Thank you!

@IanWooster : Are you on contract or PAYG?

If on PAYG, text ADD DATA to 150 & choose.

Otherwise visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Are you in UK or already in the EU?

If you already have current data, why do you need a data add-on? Do you really mean you are after a roaming add-on to enable you to use your UK allowances in EU?
