Is anyone still having a problem ?

We are also in a portugal and today 30th neither I or my wife can dial out on our EE phones we both have free data roaming. I know we all had a problem the day of the blackout but is anyone still having a problem ?

The issue started before the power outage. EE allegedly investigating it. I am not impressed.

I cannot still make calls from Portugal  nearly 6 days now I think a moderator posted a number 0800 number which won’t work either … please help my wife ( also with EE) travels in the middle of no where to her horse and the idea of getting stranded with no mobile phone working feels me with dread ….

Are you able to try calling our technical support team from a VoIP service, such as Skype? There's an international number on our Contact Us page that you could try too.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
