I get unlimited free WiFi on my cruise ship just wondering what I should do when on shore. Is it better to turn my phone off.

Yes, @TennisFan , if you've no need for it off the boat. You may also find free WiFi hotspots ashore.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
