Hi,
I'm currently in America and both me and my mother have the Inclusive Extra of the Roaming Pass. Whilst away, the roaming pass changed to the EU by EE and now we are in America, we can't change it to the ROW1 pass even though we never changed it ourselves. Is there any way to change it to the ROW1 pass as we need access to our plan which we had when we first arrived to America and now because of this change, no longer have access to.

You can contact EE through a VOIP service such as Skype on +44 800 079 8586. This should be free of charge.
They should be able to change your Inclusive Extra to Roaming Pass ROW for you if you explain the situation around it changing while you are away.
