Are you on pay as you go or contract? If on contract, did you activate roaming on your account? No need if on pay as you go, as it is already enabled.
Did you receive the welcome message once you landed in Poland?
You can add data roaming yourself.

Is it data-roaming you need? in other words, you can already voice-call roam and text-message roam, but you just don't have any data bundle?
Or are you not able to connect to any local networks in Poland, and thus roaming itself is the problem?
Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG?

@Lisa85 : Why? Can't you roam at all or is it just data that doesn't work there?
